Different Accounts and Fleet Mobile App confusions

1. Fleet Admin Portal User Account is for Fleet Admin to log into Fleet Amin Portal to manage their Fleet Admin Portal.

2. Fleet Driver Account or Fleet Vehicle Account are created by Fleet Admin User after Fleet Admin User log into Fleet Admin Portal.

3. Fleet Admin User can use the same email as Fleet Driver Account, but Fleet Admin User Account has different purposes and functions from Fleet Driver Account or Fleet Vehicle Account.

4. Fleet driver accounts can use both InstaVolt Fleet Mobile App and RFID cards.

5. Fleet Vehicle accounts can only use RFID cards.

6. InstaVolt Fleet Mobile App is different from InstaVolt Driver Mobile App.

Below icon is for InstaVolt Fleet Mobile App:

7. Fleet driver accounts work on InstaVolt Fleet Mobile App, and don’t work on InstaVolt public individual Driver App, because InstaVolt Fleet driver accounts is not related to your individual driver account which is used on InstaVolt public individual Driver App. Please DO NOT use Fleet accounts to log in InstaVolt public individual Driver App as it will not work.
