When you encounter the below error message after you enter the fleet user account credential on fleet admin portal log in page,
1. The temporary password on the automated system email which includes your fleet user account and fleet admin portal log in URL will expired after 24 hours, so if you use the expired temporary password to log in when you log in to fleet admin portal the first time to enable your fleet user account, you will encounter this error “Incorrect username or password”. Under this situation, please contact InstaVolt App Support app.support@instavolt.co.uk to request the system to resend you a new automated system email which will provide you with an updated password. Please only use the temporary password on the newest system email to log in and discard any old system emails to avoid confusion and prevent you from using the old expired password to log in incorrectly.
2. Many users copied and pasted the temporary password to log in page, but did not realise they have accidentally copied and pasted the space at the end of the temporary password, which will cause error “Incorrect username or password”. Please always remember to delete the pasted space at the end of the temporary password to ensure you correctly enter the system provided password on log in page at your first log in.
3. If after you have logged in Fleet Admin Portal successfully in the past, but you encountered this error “Incorrect username or password”, please click on “Forgot password?” on the log in page to reset your password.
4. If you cannot log in even after you enter the 6-digit code, please contact your own organisation IT department to review your company network security policy and rules, as some organisations implemented restriction on company network security which cause the log in problem. Please go through the log in process with your IT department to review developer interface on the log in page by clicking on F12 on your keyboard.
